Quality control

1. For sewing products:

* The structure part use 0.45mm pvc, not 0.4mm pvc. Unlike other small factory use 0.4mm pvc for the structure part to low down the price but with poor quality.

* The bounce stress part we all use 0.55mm pvc, unlike other factory use 0.5-0.52mm pvc, in this way can low down the price but will shorter the product lifetime.

* For all games, we all use the leather pulling-on material which can be used 3-5 years, unlike other factory use the fabric pulling-on material or half leather and fabric pulling-on material, which is only can be used 1-2 years.

* Reinforce for the stress parts, double guarantees for the anti-tear.

* Standard stiching: Europe standard stiching, double inforce for the outside parts.

* 0.45mm pvc material for the digital painting, and cover with the menbrane to keep the painting no easy to be faded.

* For all games, we use the 10cm diameter D right to keep the inflatable stable engough on the ground.

2. For sealed Inflatables:

* All use the 0.9mm 1300D Plato PVC material which can be used more than 5 years, same as Wibit material, but our price is much cheaper than Wibit. Unlike other factory use the 0.6mm pvc or other small brand supplier pvc material, in this way low very much down of the price, but only can use 1 year. If use only 0.6mm pvc, it will has the air-leak out problem.

* All sealed inflatables we make inside and outside double cover sewings, to double guarantee the anti-tear function.

* All sealed inflatables we make the real big hinge to stenghthen the tensile of the games, this part is important. Unlike other factory use the fake and small hinge to do the connection, which will shorter the lifetime of the games.

* Handles &D rings and other accessories all we use the best quality to keep the quality on first class level.
